Job Summary
Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting while accurately implementing skill acquisition programs and individual treatment plans. Communicate professionally with families and manage challenging behaviors that occur. Accurately record client progress and travel to client homes or community settings as required. Participate in initial and ongoing staff training to support continued learning and performance improvement. This role offers a flexible schedule with shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours, Monday through Friday, and includes comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, along with 401(k) matching and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
