Job Summary
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism. Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while collecting accurate session data and documenting client progress. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care and participate in ongoing training and supervision. Candidates must hold an active RBT certification, with experience working with children with autism preferred.
