Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children in home, school, or community settings using play-based, child-led approaches to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Implement skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a BCBA while collecting data on client progress and completing session documentation. Collaborate with supervisors, parents, and team members to maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment. Travel up to 25% within the Arlington area for in-person coverage Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to pass background checks (FBI, CPS, State of VA)
- Physical ability to engage in active play, lift up to 40 lbs, and ensure client safety
- Ability to provide CPR, HIPAA, and TB clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Prior ABA, childcare, or behavioral health experience
