Job Summary
Implement individualized ABA therapy services in clinic or home-based settings while collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress. Assist with client scheduling, planning, and organization, then collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans. Provide feedback and support to families regarding client progress and goals, ensuring all documentation remains accurate and thorough. Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education) or equivalent experience
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
