Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children in home, school, or community settings by implementing skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a BCBA. Utilize play-based, child-led approaches to engage clients while collecting data on progress and completing session documentation. Collaborate with supervisors, parents, and team members to maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment. Requires high school diploma, completion of 40-hour RBT training, and physical ability to engage in active play and lift up to 40 lbs. Part-time schedule Monday–Friday with up to 25% travel within the Richmond area; paid training and opportunities for advancement available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Completion of 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to complete within the first six months of employment)
- Physical ability to engage in active play, lift up to 40 lbs, and ensure client safety
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Prior ABA, childcare, or behavioral health experience
