Job Summary
Implement skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for children in home, school, or community settings using play-based, child-led approaches. Collect data on client progress, complete session documentation, and collaborate with supervisors, parents, and team members to maintain a safe, supportive environment. Ensure client safety while engaging in active play requiring the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. This role involves flexible weekday schedules with some weekend options and requires travel within the Elizabeth City, NC area up to 25%. Paid training and opportunities for advancement into a Senior RBT are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Completion of 40-hour RBT training
- Physical ability to engage in active play
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to ensure client safety
- Ability to pass background checks
- CPR clearance
- HIPAA clearance
- TB clearance
