Job Summary
Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease those impeding learning, safety, or social opportunities. Collect and submit data on an electronic data system while maintaining clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration. Follow patients' treatment plans under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA) to support professional growth through ongoing training and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Certification is required
Desired Qualifications
- Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
- Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
