Registered Behavior Technician (RBT, Full-Time)

Direct services to clients under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, implementing the individualized treatment plan using Applied Behavioral Analysis techniques. Provide family training to implement behavioral modification strategies in home or natural environments. Complete accurate documentation including behavioral data, daily notes, and weekly billing; maintain a tracking log and ensure HIPAA-compliant confidentiality. Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Physical Therapists) to promote consistency. Receive supervision from a Behavior Analyst at minimum 5% of services and maintain an active RBT credential. Must be willing to transport clients as needed using a vehicle provided by the program and be available 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with at least one Saturday per month.
