Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full-time role providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs, following treatment plans, collecting and tracking session data, supporting skill development, and sharing progress with the clinical team. Compensation: $25–$30/hour with flexible scheduling and ongoing supervision. Requirements: Active RBT Certification, high school diploma, 18+, reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, organized, dependable, and open to feedback. Location: Lilburn, GA (in-person settings across home, school, or clinic).
