Job Summary
Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD); create engaging learning experiences and using clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach goals; document daily progress notes related to intervention plans; collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community; participate in comprehensive training to earn the RBT credential (40-hour training, competency assessments, and exam support); develop skills in functional communication, skill acquisition, and school readiness; join a mission-driven, supportive ABA team focused on family-centered care and ongoing professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED)
- College enrollment or degree preferred
- At least 18 years of age
