Job Summary
Part-time in-home ABA role providing Applied Behavior Analysis services as an RBT floater. Implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs under supervising clinician, collect and document behavior data, complete daily session notes, maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries, and communicate progress and concerns to the supervising clinician. Services may be delivered in the client’s home, clinic, school, or other approved settings in Milton/Georgia area; primary schedule 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. with potential variation based on client needs and scheduling requirements. Requires RBT certification, strong data collection and documentation skills, reliable transportation, and adherence to HIPAA and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned work locations in or near Milton, Georgia
- Ability to provide in-home ABA services in a professional and confidential manner
- Basic computer skills for electronic data collection and documentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding client, family, and company information
- Availability to work a part-time afternoon schedule, generally 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
