Job Summary
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision while collecting and recording accurate session data. Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals for clients, maintaining professionalism and positive rapport with families. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education. This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $24.00, includes supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification, and provides health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees. The position features a consistent daytime schedule Monday through Friday with a company-provided iPad.
Required Qualifications
- Current RBT Certification
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
- Must pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology
- Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques
- A background in special education, psychology, or a related field
