Job Summary
Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community while collecting and recording data on a child's progress. Collaborate closely with families and your Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervisor, and participate in team meetings and ongoing training. This role includes mileage reimbursement and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits for full-time staff working 30+ hours weekly. Candidates must hold active RBT certification, CPR certification, and reliable transportation, with a background check required before final confirmation. Finni Health empowers BCBAs to launch local, in-home ABA clinics, combining clinical excellence with innovation to make therapy more accessible.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
- Reliable transportation
- Active CPR certification
- Active RBT certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, kneeling, squatting, or standing for extended periods
- Must pass a background check
