Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collecting data on client progress. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success while maintaining a safe environment and adhering to ethical guidelines. Assist in developing individualized treatment goals based on assessment findings and maintain confidentiality of client information. This part-time evening shift role offers competitive pay of $24-$26 per hour, weekly pay, and 401K plans. Candidates must complete the 40-hour ABA training course and pass a background check. Required Qualifications
- Must have completed the 40-hour training course in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally
- High School Diploma or equivalent
