Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments under Board-Certified Behavior Analyst supervision and implement individualized treatment plans to target specific behavior goals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure coordinated care, while assisting in crisis management and providing support to patients. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards, and lead daily groups focused on communication, social, and daily living skills. Collect data on patient observations and supervise activities, assisting with activities of daily living as necessary. Full-time 40-hour schedule from Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with every other weekend off.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with behavioral or developmental disorders
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Must obtain and maintain approved CPR certification
- Must obtain and maintain approved Management of Assaultive Behavior training including restraint and seclusion policies
