Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a flexible, part-time schedule. Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions while working alongside BCBAs to achieve positive outcomes. Must have RBT certification, reliable transportation, and strong communication and time-management skills. Work location is on the road performing in-home visits and community-based sessions, with options to choose your own hours (midday) Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Certification (Required)
- Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Ability to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy
- Data collection during sessions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and teamwork skills
