Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy as an RBT, collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions while collaborating with BCBAs. Responsibilities emphasize goal-oriented professionalism, strong written and verbal communication, reliable personal transportation, and excellent time management. Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism is preferred. Part-time schedule with flexible hours and on-the-road work; RBT training provided and opportunities for growth in the ABA field. Pay range $22.00–$30.00 per hour with bonuses; benefits include health vision and life insurance and paid time off; schedule options include midday and choose-your-own-hours.
