Job Summary
Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing in-home and community-based ABA therapy across Catonsville, MD area. Responsibilities include delivering ABA interventions, collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, and collaborating with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes. Must have RBT certification and ability to work evenings/flexible hours with your own vehicle for travel to clients. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus. Salary $22.00-$30.00 per hour with flexible schedule and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off; choose your own hours with midday availability and weekdays. Work location predominantly on the road with direct client contact.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Certification (Required)
- RBT certification
- Experience with children with autism
- Ability to drive/personal transportation
- Proficient communication skills (written and verbal)
- In-home and community-based ABA therapy experience
- Data collection during sessions
- Flexible part-time schedule
- Spanish speaking (preferred)
- On-the-road/home-visit availability
