Job Summary
RBT position (part-time) providing in-home and community-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities include delivering ABA services, collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, working with clients (often children with autism), and collaborating with a team of BCBAs to achieve positive outcomes. Ideal candidates demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, time management, and a personal means of transportation for home visits. Training as an RBT is provided, with flexible hours (Midday to early evening) and supportive, growth-focused environment; compensation ranges from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour with benefits and PTO. Location in Baltimore, MD, travel required to client homes.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Certification (Required)
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or with children with autism
- Driver's license or reliable transportation
- Ability to work in-home and community-based settings
- Ability to collect and record behavioral data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
