Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building and care plans while accurately recording session data on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for children with Autism and maintain open communication with families. Provide care in clients' homes or community-based locations as part of a robust clinical team. This role requires RBT certification and a high school diploma, with paid training available for new candidates. Positions are part-time with a 6-month commitment, offering same-day pay and opportunities for career advancement through BCBA schooling partnerships.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in education or early childhood development

- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
