Job Summary
Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles. Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions with Rethink software. Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely progress reporting. Complete daily progress notes and maintain records to monitor client progress. Competitive pay of $25.00–$30.00 per hour with benefits for full-time employees, plus PTO, 401(k) with matching, mileage/travel reimbursement, BCBA-in-Training and college reimbursement programs, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
- Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Clear level-two background check and verifiable references
