Job Summary
Provide fun, engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–11, following treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Track progress through simple data collection while supporting children in clinic settings, homes, or the community. Communicate with families and your team, and attend ongoing training and supervision. This active, hands-on role involves movement, play, and plenty of interaction. Required Qualifications
- RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Age 18+
- Ability to walk, run, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of interactive sessions with children
