Job Summary
Provide fun, engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–11, following treatment plans created by BCBAs. Track progress through simple data collection while supporting children in clinic settings, homes, or the community. Communicate with families and attend ongoing training and supervision. This active, hands-on role requires movement, play, and interaction, with physical demands including walking, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Candidates must hold RBT certification or obtain it, possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and pass a background check. Required Qualifications
- RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or GED
