Job Summary
Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with children ages 2–11, following treatment plans created by BCBAs. Track progress through simple data collection while supporting kids in clinic settings, homes, or the community. Communicate with families and attend ongoing training and supervision. This active, hands-on role requires movement, play, and interaction. You must hold RBT certification (or obtain it), have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and pass a background check. Schedules include daytime, afternoon, and evening hours until 6:00 pm. Full-time caseloads are available with competitive pay, travel time compensation, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Age 18+
- Ability to walk, run, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of interactive sessions with children
