Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and Related Disorders, implementing intervention plans under supervision by a BCBA or qualified health professional. Administer ABA programs with fidelity, document sessions with data, notes, and timesheets, and participate in supervision and team meetings. Must hold an RBT certification from BACB and be able to travel to home and community settings; role supports flexible hours and opportunities for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- RBT Certification required
- Current driver’s license and Reliable Transportation
- Background screening and clearance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
