Job Summary
Provide ABA therapy for children in home and community settings (one-on-one) to help them acquire new skills and improve behaviors, under the direction of a BCBA or qualified health professional. Must hold RBT certification from BACB and be able to document sessions, input timesheets, and participate in supervision. Role supports growth opportunities with flexible hours; schedule includes Monday to Friday mornings/afternoons/evenings and some weekend availability. Location: Hyattsville, MD; operate in home and community settings with transportation readily available. Responsibilities include following client-specific protocols, implementing individualized ABA programs, recording data, writing quality session notes, and collaborating in team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Certification from BACB
- Must be 18 years of age
- Background screening and clearance
- Current driver’s license and Reliable Transportation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Education: Valid RBT Certification (Required)
