Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) delivering high-quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. Provide in-home and community-based interventions, use ABA principles, and collect data on behavior and skill acquisition with Rethink software. Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators, complete daily progress notes, and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress. Competitive pay $25.00–$30.00 per hour; health/dental/vision insurance for full-time (25+ hours/week), PTO, 401(k) with matching, mileage and travel reimbursement, BCBA-in-Training and college reimbursement programs, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Schedule options include full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts. Location: Decatur, GA (US). Qualifications include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), RBT credential, and strong communication/organizational skills.
