Job Summary
RBT therapists implement individualized applied behavior programming under the direction of a BCBA, including direct 1:1 ABA therapy. Responsibilities include teaching ABA, social and daily living skills, responding to and minimizing disruptive behaviors, creating a motivating learning experience, data collection in an online system, and providing support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to promote program consistency. Opportunities include training via RBT course, flexible daytime/afternoon/evening/weekend schedules, and part-time hours in outpatient pediatric services for children with ASD.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred but not required
