Job Summary
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for providing one-on-one and group instruction for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. This role focuses on skill-building and behavior modification under the guidance of a BCBA. Candidates are required to have a valid RBT certification, completed training, and experience working with children. The position requires availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Completed RBT training (40-hour training)
- Valid RBT certification
- One year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
Additional Requirements
- Must pursue further education or training as necessary
- Must clear health and background checks
