Job Summary
Center-based RBT role providing one-on-one and small-group instruction to children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental needs under supervision. Full-time hours Mon-Fri 8:00am–5:30pm with potential travel to NW center. Responsibilities include implementing client-specific plans, data collection, materials prep, training and supporting classroom staff, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant communications. Requires completion of RBT training and a valid RBT certificate; starting pay $24/hour with potential raises within 3 months. Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent is required
- Associate’s degree, equivalent, or higher in an applicable discipline such as Psychology, Special Education, etc. is preferred
- Completed RBT training is required (completion of 40-hour RBT training is required)
- Valid RBT certification is required
- One year of experience working with children or adolescents/adults with developmental disabilities in an education, instructional, or therapeutic setting is required
