Job Summary
Provide one-on-one and group instruction to children with autism spectrum disorder or behavioral/skill acquisition needs under supervision. Center-based with BCBA onsite, data collection and progress documentation, materials preparation, training classroom staff, and coordinating with a BCBA/BCBA-D. Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:30pm; starting pay $24/hour with potential for increase; benefits available for full-time employees; includes health/dental/vision insurance, disability and life insurance, PTO, and 401k. Must have RBT training and certification; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; able to work in Omaha, NE centers with some travel between centers.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent is required
- Associate’s degree, equivalent, or higher in an applicable discipline such as Psychology, Special Education, etc. is preferred
- Completed RBT training is required (completion of 40-hour RBT training is required)
- Valid RBT certification is required
