Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and using strategies like Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Teaching. Collect and record data on client progress while collaborating with BCBAs to ensure consistent care. Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings to maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment. Requires active RBT certification, high school diploma, and minimum three months of ABA experience. Competitive hourly pay with incentive opportunities and flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
