Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings; implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA; collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions; assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills; collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress; maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment. Requires current RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent; must be willing to travel locally and pass background checks.
