Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism while accurately collecting and documenting behavioral data. Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs and support daily living skills to promote independence. Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors during sessions. Work part-time, 15-30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Earn hourly pay of $18–$22 based on experience and certification. Maintain active RBT certification and CPR certification, or obtain it within the first 90 days. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children, preferably with autism
