Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism, implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Collect and record data on patient behavior, support patients with activities of daily living, and monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively. Work flexible hours between 8 am and 8 pm, ranging from 15 to 40 hours per week. Earn an hourly rate of $18 to $22 with benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid training, and PTO.
