Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism, collecting and recording data on patient behavior and implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) while monitoring and managing patient behaviors. Requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with a focus on managing behaviors effectively and experience in working with children.
