Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism, implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Collect and record data on patient behavior while monitoring and managing behaviors effectively. Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) to foster growth and independence. Work flexible hours between 8 am and 8 pm, ranging from 15 to 40 hours per week. This role contributes to a supportive environment with high retention, offering paid training, time off, and holidays for dedicated technicians.
