Job Summary
Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy for children by following treatment plans created by supervising BCBA staff. Track and report client progress through session notes while maintaining a consistent, positive presence during sessions. Travel to client homes or designated service locations to deliver afternoon cases, with opportunities to transition into full-time roles. Requires active RBT certification, high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $27.00 with flexible scheduling and access to a BCBA fellowship program.
