Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. Role includes teaching communication, social, and daily living skills, using evidence-based ABA techniques, and helping reduce interfering behaviors. Training provided; no prior experience required. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, kneel, bend, lift and carry up to 50 pounds; CPR/First Aid and TB tests may be required; includes a clear background check. Compensation range $17-$20/hour; eligible for structured career growth within Centria Autism and benefits through the company.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
- Ability to pass a pre employment background check
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- 18+ years of age
- Possess or obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding
Desired Qualifications
- RBT certification (or ability to obtain after onboarding)
