Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA-based behavior intervention under BCBA supervision to teach communication, social, and daily living skills; implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques; work with children with autism, requiring patience, teamwork, and physical stamina; role includes standing, walking, sitting, grasping, bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds; comprehensive training provided; must obtain RBT Certification after onboarding; structured career path with benefits and equal opportunity employment; location in Desoto, Texas; pay range $18-$25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
- Ability to pass a pre employment background check
- Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend, etc.)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Candidates must obtain an Registered Behavior Technician Certification after completing onboarding
