Job Summary
Behavior Technician (RBT) will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Requires patient, compassionate teamwork; comprehensive training provided; ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds; obtain RBT certification after onboarding; CPR/First Aid and TB test; passing background check. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification (to be obtained after onboarding)
- Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test
- Background check
- 18+ years of age
