Job Summary
Provide one-on-one behavior intervention for children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. The role emphasizes patient, compassionate teamwork, with comprehensive training provided to empower you to help each child. You will work with children and families to make a meaningful impact, applying data-driven strategies and collaborating with a dedicated team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification
- Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
- Background check (pre-employment)
- RBT Certification from the BACB
- Passionate about helping children with autism
- 18+ years of age
