Job Summary

Provide direct one-to-one and small-group ABA services under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies. Collect and document accurate session data while supporting communication, social, adaptive living, academic, and play skills across home, clinic, school, or community settings. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with families and team members, participating in supervision, training, and collaboration to ensure a safe, positive therapeutic environment. Requires current RBT credential, valid driver's license, and ability to travel; successful candidates must complete background clearance, CPR/First Aid, and ongoing trainings.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician, RBT, credential in good standing with the BACB
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Experience providing ABA services in home, clinic, school, or community settings
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
  • Bilingual candidates
