Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Implement students' behavior support plans and manage crisis situations, including physical aggression, as directed in Individualized Education Programs. Observe and report client conditions and behaviors while maintaining detailed, accurate daily records and completing data collection notes. Become fluent in each child's IEP and adhere to RBT ethics requirements, renewing credentials annually per BCBA guidelines.
