Job Summary

Implement students' behavior support plans and manage crisis situations, including physical aggression, as directed in Individualized Education Programs. Observe and report client conditions and behaviors while maintaining detailed, accurate daily records and completing data collection notes. Become fluent in each child's IEP and adhere to RBT ethics requirements, renewing credentials annually per BCBA guidelines. Work one-on-one or with multiple students to encourage positive behaviors and set appropriate boundaries. Lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical behaviors to ensure safety. Required Qualifications

  • Successfully completed the requirements for RBT credential with active certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children, preferably with special needs
