Job Summary
Implement behavior support plans aligned with IEPs and 504 plans one-on-one or with small groups of students. Encourage positive behaviors, support appropriate boundaries, and collect accurate data to track progress and inform ongoing support. Work collaboratively within a school-based team environment that celebrates student progress, receiving clear guidance from BCBAs and clinical leadership. This daytime role supports student growth and positive change in the classroom.
