Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position supporting children with autism in ABA-based interventions. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans under a BCBA, observing and recording client progress, managing challenging behaviors, assisting clients in acquiring academic and life skills, communicating professionally with families and clinicians, participating as an active treatment team member, completing daily paperwork and data entry, and maintaining client confidentiality. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check, and a passion for working with children. Part-time role with opportunities for growth toward RBT/BCBA pathways; compensation ranges from $18.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications, with a focus on flexible part-time scheduling.
