Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver home-based ABA treatment to children with autism. This part-time role (10-20 hours on average) involves working directly with the child and family in their home to teach communication, sharing, play, waiting, and other essential skills. The role includes providing play-based instruction, receiving training to build confidence in ABA delivery, and pursuing growth toward BCBA with guidance and financial assistance. Compensation ranges from $19-25 per hour based on experience and certifications, plus drive-time pay. Requirements include Active RBT Certification, minimum high school diploma, valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, access to a web-enabled device, and availability on at least three weekdays for a minimum of six months. Physical demands may include lifting up to ~50 lbs and maintaining various postures during sessions. Structured to support families and deliver ABA therapy in clients’ natural environments.

- Access to a web-enabled device (laptop or tablet)
- Availability for 3 weekdays with consistent availability for at least 6 months
- Auto Insurance in the driver's name
- Ability to lift/move ~50 lbs and sustain varied postures
- Training opportunities to pursue BCBA with guidance and financial assistance
