Job Summary
Teach young children with autism essential communication, social, and play skills through home-based, play-based sessions in their natural environments. Conduct direct instruction with the child and family while managing physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining varied postures for extended periods. Provide consistent availability for at least three weekdays over six months, utilizing a web-enabled device for session support. Earn $19–25 per hour with drive-time pay between sessions, backed by training to support growth toward Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma
- Active RBT Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Personal vehicle
- Auto Insurance with name listed as insured driver
- Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet)
- Minimum 3 weekdays with consistent availability for at least 6 months
- Positive attitude
- Strong people skills
Desired Qualifications
