Job Summary
Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics by teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Collect, organize, and document session data accurately, then collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families through meetings and ongoing training. Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed. This part-time role requires availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Candidates may complete a 40-hour paid training program and pass the RBT exam within 45 days if not already certified.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
- Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
- Active certification in good standing (for RBT)
- Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Pass the RBT exam within 45 days (for BT)
- Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (for BT)
- 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (for RBT)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Prior exposure to ABA services
