Job Summary
Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics by teaching communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision. Collect and document session data accurately while collaborating with BCBAs, team members, and families. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training, and assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed. Complete a 40-hour paid training program or utilize existing RBT certification, followed by precepting and passing the RBT exam within 45 days. Work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
- Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
- Active certification in good standing (for RBT)
- Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Pass the RBT exam within 45 days (for BT)
- Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (for BT)
- 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (for RBT)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Prior exposure to ABA services
